All consultants have extensive training and experience in using Hogan Assessments for recruitment and development processes and guide their customers in using Hogan for different HR activities. HiPOTENTIAL helps companies select the most appropriate candidates for their needs and develop their staff’s full potential. 3P Assessments predicts – based on Hogan Assessments – performance by professionals, leaders and teams in organisations.
It offers the full range of Hogan solutions, from pre-selection tools up to high level Executive Assessments for selection and development, Team Assessments and 360’s.
The 3P team members are highly skilled in organising and executing Hogan Assessment, with a solid background in mostly Organisational Psychology or HR. Also, with proven track records in broad fields of business, they will be experienced as partners in assessment solutions. 3P Assessments is the official reseller of Hogan Assessments in the Netherlands for Summit.

The Sclerosis Association through Cykelnerven
At Summit, we support Cykelnerven, an organisation which works for a better world without multiple sclerosis. Cykelnerven organises a charity event where riders compete to raise money for multiple sclerosis research. The cycling route follows the same mountains that the Tour-de-France travels, so the participant, therefore, cycles on the same mountains as the Tour. Cykelnerven’s riders make an invaluable effort in the fight for a world without multiple sclerosis.
The support helps to ensure important research into multiple sclerosis, research that gives great hope to everyone with multiple sclerosis close to life – which we at Summit are proud to be able to contribute to.
Red Cross Business Club
Summit is a member of the Red Cross Business Club, where the support has helped ensure shelter for families who have lost their homes in the war in Ukraine, as well as ensuring medical care and medicine for the sick and injured, food, clean drinking water and rebuilding of vital infrastructure. The support also helps ensure life-saving first aid for victims of the earthquakes in Turkey/Syria and in Morocco.
Royal Danish Yacht Club
Summit’s sponsorship of The Royal Danish Yacht Club goes, among other things, directly to make boats available to club members.
In 2023, the Royal Danish Yacht Club hosted the world’s sharpest female match-race sailors in Skovshoved. There were sailors from Denmark, Sweden, Holland, New Zealand and Australia. The winner for the season in the Women’s World Matchrace, Anne Ösling, sailed in the boat sponsored by Summit.
