Frederik holds an MSc in Psychology from University of Copenhagen, specialised in organisational and work psychology. He wrote his master’s thesis in collaboration with 2 large Danish merged companies about how middle managers create and handle meaning during merger processes.

As a consultant in ALECTIA and NIRAS, both during and after his education, Frederik has worked with counselling companies in stress management, change management, mental working environment, cooperation, cultural integration, conflict management and much more. Furthermore, Frederik has several years of experience with transforming plan into practice from working in the event business, where he has developed the ability to create efficient cooperation in both large and small teams.
